In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Public Trustee is continuing to provide as many services as possible, but we are making some necessary changes to provide for the health and safety of our customers and employees. We will continue to provide essential services during this challenging times and have change the way we currently offer our services.

Wills will need to be signed and witnessed once it has been sent to you after your phone appointment. This can be done with either of the following options:
- Making an appointment with a document maker at the Public Trustee, or a
- Justice of the Peace (J.P) in your local area.
Enduring Power of Attorney
- Enduring Power of Attorney appointments with the Public Trustee are temporarily not available.
