In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Public Trustee is continuing to provide as many services as possible, but we are making some necessary changes to provide for the health and safety of our customers and employees.  We will continue to provide essential services during this challenging times and have change the way we currently offer our services.

Wills will need to be signed and witnessed once it has been sent to you after your phone appointment. This can be done with either of the following options:

Enduring Power of Attorney

  • Enduring Power of Attorney appointments with the Public Trustee are temporarily not available.

If you would like to make a will appointment please complete the details below and one of our Public Trust Officers will contact you.

We are currently experiencing a high demand for our document making services and as such we have increased appointment wait times.
