At Queensland Public Trustee, we have a caring team dedicated to supporting and promoting the rights, interests and opportunities of our customers. Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. In our role as an administrator, it is important to us that we understand the views, wishes and preferences of our customers and we encourage and support our customers to make their own financial decisions to the extent they can.
They are wonderful people. They understand my needs. They help me out with things that I could not deal with myself and explain things in a way that I can understand.
