  IS AN INTERPRETER REQUIRED FOR THIS APPOINTMENT? If you are hearing impaired or have difficulties communicating in English, an interpreter will be required. This interpreter will be provided and paid for by the Public Trustee. Please call us on 1300 360 044 so that we can arrange an appointment with an interpreter for you. 

 

IS THERE A FEE TO PREPARE THE DOCUMENTS? We do not charge a fee to prepare or amend your Will. Our fees to prepare an Enduring Power of Attorney can be found here.

The Public Trustee of Queensland collects personal information from you, including information about your identity and address/contact details to book appointments for making the making of will and enduring power of attorney documents.  We will only use your information for this purpose. It will otherwise not be used or disclosed unless authorised or required by law. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009.
