White Ribbon Workplace Accreditation
The White Ribbon Workplace Accreditation program recognises workplaces that promote respectful, safe and inclusive cultures by taking active steps to prevent and respond to violence.
As an employer, the Public Trustee has an ethical responsibility to take action to prevent domestic violence. As part of the White Ribbon commitment, the Public Trustee has committed to promote respectful, safe and inclusive cultures and take active steps to prevent and respond to domestic violence.
Domestic violence is not acceptable in any form, and we are proactively committed to protecting the safety and health of our employees and contractors, and the communities we serve.
The commitment to White Ribbon was formalised in 2021 with a certificate of commitment signed by all executive leaders across the organisation and the attendance of staff at the annual White Ribbon Day Breakfast, hosted by the Premier.
