Publication Scheme
Our publication scheme describes and categorises information routinely available from Queensland Public Trustee. It has been developed to give the community greater access to information.
By actively supporting the Queensland Government Right to Information, we hope to improve the public understanding of the vital role we play in an accessible justice system and a safe, supportive society. Information is grouped and accessible through seven classes:

Queensland Public Trustee places a high value on feedback from customers and has a formal policy for dealing with concerns and complaints—see our complaint management policy.
Any personal information you provide when making a complaint, including email addresses, will be collected for addressing your complaint about the publication scheme. This is in accordance with the Ministerial Guidelines for the Operation of Publications Scheme and Disclosure Logs issued in 2013. The guidelines are published by the Minister under section 78B(1) of the Right to Information Act 2009 and are available at the Queensland Government Right to Information website.
Your complaint may be referred to the appropriate business units or regions for them to respond to you. Please also note you can make an anonymous complaint under our complaint management policy.
Disclosure Log
The Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act) commenced on 1 July 2009. Disclosure logs are part of proactive disclosure of information under the RTI Act. Disclosure Logs are published in accordance with the Ministerial Guidelines for the Operation of Publications Scheme and Disclosure Logs issued in 2013. The guidelines are published by the Minister under section 78B(1) of the RTI Act and available at the Queensland Government Right to Information.
A disclosure log for Queensland Public Trustee will be maintained containing information that has been released in response to non-personal applications made under the RTI Act. The disclosure log contains a description of the information requested and a link to any documents that have been published. Some or all of the documents within an application may be fully released, partially released or not released as part of the original or disclosure log decision making process, in accordance with the RTI Act.
Where there is no disclosure log included on this page, or the disclosure log is blank, no documents released under the RTI Act have been considered appropriate for publication in the disclosure log.
