We are Queensland Public Trustee

Over time, we have built upon strong foundations to grow and evolve the way we support Queenslanders. Focused on putting customers first, we operate with respect and integrity, following the law, frameworks and processes to provide guidance and support. We refer to ourselves as Queensland Public Trustee, but in legal documents we use Public Trustee of Queensland.

Holiday season closures

All QPT offices will close from 4pm on Wednesday 24 December, and re-open at 9am on Friday 2 January 2026.

For urgent customer matters from Monday 29 December to Wednesday 31 December, you can call 1800 512 421, between 9am and 4pm.
